CDT - Day 28 - Down The Mountain
Unsurprisingly the morning was freezing cold, and it was tough trying to convince myself to get out of the tent, and get going. PuffPuff and her partner woke up around the same time and left camp before I was done getting ready.
The hike down from the summit was windy and cold. I followed the purple line for a little bit and then took a small detour up La Mosca Lookout. Unfortunately the fire tower was closed.
After a full day of hiking I never did catch up to PuffPuff and MLB, I saw their footprints the entire way but they just stayed ahead of me. As always the CDT had always been "hike your own hike."
