Daisy Mountain Trail - 1/25/2026
On Sunday I made a last minute decision to hike up Daisy Mountain near Anthem. A friend of mine had recommended this hike to me several times in the past, and I was looking for an easy hike to do. I was pleasantly at how nice of a hike this was. The first mile was relatively flat, and then as I got closer to the mountain, the trail became more steep. On way up to dais mountain there were a few false summits, and it kind of reminded a little of Humphreys peak, with the saddle, and the real summit off in the distance. When I reached the summit I ran into a group of hikers, and started chatting with them. One of them turned out to be someone I had camped with before. They invited me to join their group, and I'll probably be doing more hikes with them in the future.
